HOW DOES THE MF45 CHALLENGE WORK?

MINDSET / TRAINING SEMINAR & PHOTOS

To kickstart the MF45 Day Challenge we open it with a mindset and training seminar. During this seminar we talk all things mindset, training and nutrition to give you the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. During this seminar you will learn all the tricks of the trade to make this journey run as smoothly as possible.

Straight after the seminar, we take your “before” photos and then at the end of the challenge we take your “after” photos, so you can see black and white all the hard work that has gone into your MF45 day challenge

IN BODY ANALYSIS MACHINE

We then place you on our in body analysis machine. This will tell us exactly where you are right now in regards to your body fat percentage, how much muscle mass you have, how fast your metabolism is, how much visceral fat you have and lots of other bits of health information.

PLAN OF ACTION

You will be given a plan of action to complete each week. This is your main structure to help you complete the 45 day challenge. The by product of doing this is you’ll put yourself in a calorie deficit, therefore putting yourself in a really strong position for burning body fat.

WEEKLY INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES

Every week you will be given a list of individual challenges to complete. These are great opportunities for you to step out of your comfort zone and rise to the challenge, so you can discover that you have way more inside you than you realise.

EVERY 2 WEEKS GROUP EVENTS

Every two weeks we hold a group event. These group events are exciting, exhilarating and full of action. This is a great opportunity for you to bond and meet the other participants of the 45 day challenge. It’s also a great way for you to step out of your comfort zone, so you can really grasp the full experience of the MF45 day challenge. See the event dates below.

Throughout this process we have a private WhatsApp group. during the 45 day challenge, you’ll have 24 hour access to that to ask any of us coaches any questions so that we can help give you the answers that you need to allow you to keep plowing forward in the direction that you want to

The outcome of this challenge is, you will learn how to master the art of self discipline. You will learn what it takes to take full control of your health and well being. You will also learn the skills of what you need to do.

RESULTS FROM THE MF45 CHALLENGE

SUPPORT THROUGH WORKOUTS BASED ON YOUR ABILITY

Our highly advanced coaching staff will guide you through the epic workouts at the Maximum Fitness bootcamps. During these workouts we will make sure that at all times your are comfortable and confident and know exactly what you are doing, by being shown the correct technique and how to get the very best out of your workouts by providing you with support throughout each and every session that we do.

NUTRITION

We will teach you how to take full control of your nutrition, so you are able to eat the foods that you enjoy eating whilst still moving in the direction that you desire.

ACCOUNTABILITY

During the MF45 day challenge we will ensure that we give you ultimate accountability. We do this by doing an in body measurement on day 1, also on week 3 and week 6. This helps create a strong understanding of where you are now, where you want to be and how you are going to get there. We place you in a private WhatsApp group where you will have 24 hour support, so you are able to ask any questions and us coaches will be able to get rid of any uncertainties. We’ll also be seeing you during the workouts checking to make sure that you are moving in the right direction and to help you get the outcome that you are after.

My favourite part was the Bi weekly Group events, being challenged and encouraged to tap into my mind and to go further than I’ve ever been before – Loved it!

I felt part of a really supportive group and the Sunday group challenges were great! Especially Forest Gump.

My favourite part of the challenge was the mindset change, being part of a team, the encouragement, being motivated, improvement to mental health, the boot camps, just overall feeling a gazillion times better about myself.

QUESTIONS
When are the sessions?

You’ll have unlimited access to all of our bootcamps when you enroll on our 45 day challenge. This will mean that you can come on the times that suit you best. There are no specific times that you need to commit to. This will hopefully give you some flexibility in your day to day life to make this work for you.

Do I have to be fit already?

Absolutley not! This is how you become fit . so regardless of where you are, wether you are super fit or super unfit, we will help take you from where you are now to the next level.

Do I have to follow a strict food plan?

Absolutely not! You will have a calorie target set for you to achieve your own personal goal.

You can eat the foods you enjoy but your challenge is to keep it within the calories we set.

I really want to do the challenge but I can't afford it, can I break the monthly payments down?
